Two Saks Hair and Beauty salons, based at prime retail sites at Cheshire Oaks and the David Lloyd Health Centre in Speke, are now the proud owners of a beautiful Devto-designed site, which gives them the cutting edge they need to stand out in a marketplace where image is everything.
